At Legacy Driven Foundation, we believe every child deserves consistent support, encouragement, and opportunity to thrive. Our youth mentoring program warmly welcomes students in 3rd through 12th grade who attend Title I schools in Gwinnett, Dekalb and Walton counties. Through caring one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, and supportive community activities, we help young minds grow in confidence, resilience, leadership, and academic success. Facebook

Why Mentoring Matters

What Your Child Will Experience

How to Register

  • Complete our youth mentorship enrollment form below with you and your child’s information.
  • Submit consent to media, photos etc. – all boxes must be checked so we can begin the process of getting your child involved in sessions.
  • Submit your $50 registration fee, per child using one of our giving methods below.
  • You will be contacted by a Legacy Driven representative within 48-72 hours.

Data Collection/Privacy Notice

The goal of this registration is to collect data to assist us when applying for and/or writing grants, seeking sponsorships and more from a variety of sources to achieve our annual fundraising goals to continue to elevate our mentoring programs. 

Your information will not be shared with the public nor sold to businesses and/or individuals for the duration of the existence of Legacy Driven Foundation, Inc..

Testimonies from 4th graders!

A few weeks ago at one of mentoring sessions with 5th graders at Partee ES, something special happened while one of our young boys expressed his desire to “be more serious and more like a man”.
