OUR TEAM

CEO/Founder – F. LaMonte Leath

I was born and raised in Burlington, North Carolina and graduated from North Carolina Central University (HBCU – www.nccu.edu) located in Durham, NC earning a major in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Information Systems. I moved to the Atlanta, GA area in 1999 and have resided here since. I have two daughters, the oldest daughter Jazmine, matriculated through the Shiloh cluster and youngest daughter, Paige currently attends Shiloh Middle School. I also have a granddaughter, Lana Marie in the 6th grade in a GA Middle School. My family, extracurricular activities (tennis, cooking, watching movies, reading, working out etc.) and community motivates me. I love being a father and grandfather. God and faith is at the forefront of everything I do and I truly love serving our underserved youth and families in the communities surrounding where I live.

Experience includes:

  • Youth Engagement – Began teaching teaching youth in my local church, Word In Action Ministries in 2002 and became the Youth Director overseeing the entire Youth Department in 2015. Managed a team of 12-15 teachers and volunteers while serving three different age groups: 4 to 9, 10 to 12 and 13 to 18.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit – The journey began in 2009 with preVision Designs, LLC (IT Consulting – 2009 to present), Warren Care Services, LLC – Adult Care Facility – 2010-2019 and then the calling for Legacy Driven Foundation, Inc in 2019. The journey of Faith continues.
