What Makes Legacy Driven Different?

At Legacy Driven Foundation, we partner with parents and schools to provide positive mentorship that empowers students to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. Since 2018, we have been committed to helping youth discover their purpose, strengthen their confidence, and develop the life skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

• We believe mentoring is more than simply meeting with students. One of our main goals is to develop positive lifelong relationships between each youth, their families and our organization
• Our mentors intentionally build meaningful relationships that encourage students to become confident leaders, responsible citizens, and young people who positively impact their families, schools, and communities
• Parents are an important part of every student’s journey. We believe that when schools, families, and mentors work together, students experience greater success both academically and personally
•  We work with each child’s teacher, counselor, principal and others  that are part of the child’s life to make sure we stay in-tune with the needs of each one

Parent Commitment

We ask parents and guardians to partner with us by:

• Completing the registration form and payment process 
• Maintaining open communication with our team
• Encouraging consistent participation as attendance matters
• Assist in all fundraising initiatives whether online, in-person, or within certain school groups (ES, MS and/or HS)
• Supporting your child’s personal and academic goals

Registration and Student Rates

• Complete the registration form plus student payment based on the number registering below to reserve your child(s) place in the program.
• Payment options are below for monthly student mentoring fees (see rate schedule):
  • Monthly annual payments should be made by the 3rd of each month using the payment form below. You will also receive a payment link via email by the end of each month to make your payment.
  • (Preferred) Recurring Automatic payments – choose your desired recurring payment interval/frequency then the corresponding amount based on the amount of children registered. The remaining steps will allow you to setup your own auto-draft account.
• Important Note: The final checklist includes permission to use video, photo and any imagery of your child on our website, social media, graphic imagery and/or print materials. LDF will only use first names and grade level in all public usage unless we are given permission to use additional information from each parent.
• Mentoring Schedule: September thru May each year (9 months).
