At Legacy Driven Foundation, we partner with parents and schools to provide positive mentorship that empowers students to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. Since 2018, we have been committed to helping youth discover their purpose, strengthen their confidence, and develop the life skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Whether your child needs additional encouragement, positive role models, leadership development, or someone to help keep them motivated, our mentoring program is designed to help them thrive.

What Makes Legacy Driven Different?

• We believe mentoring is more than simply meeting with students.
• Our mentors intentionally build meaningful relationships that encourage students to become confident leaders, responsible citizens, and young people who positively impact their families, schools, and communities.
• Parents are an important part of every student’s journey. We believe that when schools, families, and mentors work together, students experience greater success both academically and personally.

Program Registration

• Complete the registration form below to reserve your child’s or children’s place in the Legacy Driven Foundation Mentoring Program.
• Payment options below for mentoring fees are $25 per child and $10 for each additional child:
  
  • Manual payments may be made by the 3rd of each month using the form below and you will also receive a payment link by the end of each month using the registered email for convience.
  • Setup a subscription for automatic payments 
• Space may be limited depending on school partnerships and mentor availability.
• After your registration is received, a member of our team will contact you with next steps, program information, and enrollment details.

Data Collection/Privacy Notice

• The goal of this registration is to collect data to assist us when applying for and/or writing grants, seeking sponsorships and more from a variety of sources to achieve our annual fundraising goals to continue to elevate our mentoring programs. 
• Your information will not be shared with the public nor sold to businesses and/or individuals for the duration of the existence of Legacy Driven Foundation, Inc..
