Employer Matching Gifts

Did you know your employer can multiply your impact?

Through corporate gift matching, many employers will match your donation to Legacy Driven Foundation—doubling or even tripling your support.

How to Get Started:

Check with your company’s Human Resources department to see if they offer a matching gift program.
If eligible, complete the company’s matching gift form and mail it with your donation to the address below.
Our fundraising development department will verify receipt of your gift and return the form to your company for matching funds.

Your sponsorship or donation helps us expand our reach, sustain our programs, and continue providing the mentoring, academic support, and workforce development resources our students rely on.

Note: For sponsorships, you may choose to split your donations in a specific interval (i.e. monthly, quarterly etc.) for your annual contribution.

All In, All Faith $5,000+ – All prior benefits included
Legacy $4,000 – Exclusive invitations to foundation activities
Platinum $2,000 – Opportunities to showcase sponsorship at events + prior benefits
Rose Gold $1,000 – Special mentions during programs and newsletters + prior benefits
Silver $500 – Featured placement on website and/or social media + prior benefits
Bronze $250 – Recognition in promotional materials and events
