My countdown

Raising Funds For A Cause That Impacts Youth in their Present and Future!

We’re officially counting down to the last days of the year, and the Legacy Driven Foundation Capital Campaign is in its final stretch. Our goal is to raise $7,500 by December 31, 2025 @ midnight, and we need the support of individuals, businesses, churches, and community partners to cross the finish line strong.

What Your Support Makes Possible

At Legacy Driven Foundation, we are committed to developing the next generation of leaders by providing academic, social, emotional, and workforce development opportunities for youth in 3rd–12th grade. Your donation strengthens core programs including:

🔹 In-School & Weekend Mentoring Sessions

These sessions create consistent adult guidance for students who need it most, especially in Title I school communities. We mentor students bi-weekly during the school day and through additional weekend mentoring workshops, including, but not limited to:

  • Structured mentoring sessions held during the school day that reinforces lessons learned during in-school mentoring
  • Focus on character development, accountability, decision-making, and self-worth
  • Provides consistent, trusted mentors for students in critical developmental years
  • Supports academic focus and positive behavior
  • Extended learning and enrichment outside of the school week
  • Group discussions, real-life scenarios, and hands-on activities
  • Safe spaces where students can grow socially, emotionally, and mentally

🔹 School & Community/District Partnerships

Your donations strengthen our expanding network of school-based programming, including partnerships with:

  • Impact STEAM Academy (K-8) — providing enhanced academic and STEAM-based tutoring and enrichment. (Note: Legacy Driven donations are NOT used for any funding in this partnership.)
  • Partee Elementary School — supporting young learners with mentoring and academic development.
  • Shiloh Middle School — collaborating to bring before-school and in-school academic support, mentorship, and tutoring services directly to students
  • We serve students in South Dekalb, Gwinnett and Walton counties.

🔹 Career & Workforce Readiness Program

  • Introduces students to career pathways, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness
  • Teaches essential life and professional skills: communication, leadership, responsibility, and goal setting
  • Helps middle and high school students connect education to real-world opportunities
  • Builds confidence and vision for life beyond graduation

Together, these partnerships ensure students receive consistent, measurable support from elementary through high school.

View some of our 5th grade testimonies!

A few weeks ago at one of mentoring sessions with 5th graders at Partee ES, something special happened while one of our young boys expressed his desire to “be more serious and more like a man”. This video is three of the boys sitting down and sharing how that initial session has impacted them, as sons!
