Parent/Gaurdian, the SIGNER of this REGISTRATION FORM which includes immediate & extended family, “Releases” Legacy Driven Foundation Inc., Henry Partee Elementary School, Snellville GA, Gwinnett County Public School System, other participants, officers, directors, agents, other staff from any/all liability for said YOUTH(s) registered for this event and all other’s under the organization of Legacy Driven Foundation, Inc..‎

It is the purpose of this agreement to exempt, waive and relieve “Releases” from any and all liability for personal injury including re-injury from a past injury, property damage, wrongful death, including if caused by negligence, including the negligence, if any, Releases.‎

I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the activity of PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING, SPORTS ACTIVITIES and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to child(ren) including myself, and (if applicable) other family members if participating in inside/outdoor activities, and further release and discharge Legacy Driven Foundation, Inc and above mentioned entities, and any related/associated businesses or other third parties.‎

I GIVE Legacy Driven Foundation, Inc. full AUDIO & VIDEO permission for your youth and/or adults during any Sessions to be recorded. Please note that AUDIO and/or VIDEO may be posted on our social media and/or website channels at any given time.‎

On Saturday, Sept 21st, my brother Jae Sweet was invited to speak at a Youth Conference hosted by @ldac_kappaleague.

The reason we're highlighting Mr. Sweet is because I've prayed for years that God would send someone to walk thru the valley with me by faith while we expand our mentoring services. See this calling for our youth carries a weight and the crown is heavy as we deliver and tackle life with our minority youth. I prayed that God would send someone to go into Title 1 schools with a heart and passion for our children and be completely open and transparent with them.

We collaborate with a few men and women in the community, but Jae is the one that was sent for this assignment. More are coming! He shares the foundations vision that as we Impact Youth, we also Impact Communities and the families within them.

We congratulate you, Jae, for a job well done with the youth conference as the main speaker. Looking forward to sharing this calling with you as we travel to schools to uplift our kids. Let's go sir! 💯 L.

We want to celebrate our the @legacydrivenyouth 2024-25 award winners for their achievements in the past years that has resulted in this great honor for us.

@timmy.atl has won our Youth Leader award for his achievements on and off the family that include his academics, football, track and his love of family! We’ve known Timothy since elementary school and if anyone asks us what are two things we admire about him it would be, his love of practicing his crafts and consistency in how he lives his life.

@hairby.riiii has won our Entrepreneurship Award this year. We’ve known Rialey since elementary school and she continues to thrive on her own terms. She loves family, started doing her own hair in pre-K, starting braiding others hair in middle@school and has grown over the years to now operate her own business in the 9th grade. We can’t wait to see how you continue to serve the young ladies in the Shiloh General community.

@dolledbydabiggest has won our Entrepreneurship Award this year. We’ve known Sarasia since elementary school and she has excelled on her own terms too over the years. The butterfly and big heart for people are strengths that lend itself to her style of customer service. We know the sky’s the limit for you and your service to the Shiloh community.

All our award will receive a monetary gift that lends itself to their crafts of sports and business ownership. 🙏🏾💯

@legacydrivenyouth has many origins. The vision includes many people who poured into me from a child to this very day. My father and mother were the first to pour!

Pictured above is my father and I on yesterday. I'm thankful for him for many reasons, but the main thing that he always tells me to this very day, "Do it Right. Be consistent. Just do it right!". Imagine hearing that almost daily for 30+ years!

1. He gave me my 1st @stihl chainsaw at age 7 to cut starter wood while he cut the big trees down.
2. He taught me landscaping/lawn care and how to clean banks just before he started his lawn & janitorial business while i was in M.S.. In H.S., he then gave me 3 banks to clean every evening after school because he saw I was, Doing it Right! 😁
3. He taught me how to drive the family tractor to pull tobacco when I was 10. The next year, I was hanging tobacco to cure in the smoke houses.
4. He taught me how to drive a stick shift car.

And much more.. I appreciate you, dad, and though mom is not with us now, you will always be in God's hands for the Legacy you've poured throughout your lifetime.

A special thank you to @holidayseniorliving of NC for taking such great care of my father. Much respect.

We ended our first week at @impactgwinnett S.T.E.A.M. Academy for our students, and we hope you can see the positive vibes and learning opportunity happening all at once. Our assistants have bonded with our students, and we're always thankful for the opportunity to serve our youth in the community!
