Please join us in congratulating Kyson Allen on being hired as a Youth Assistant with Impact STEAM Academy! Kyson is a Shiloh High School student who represents what the Legacy Driven career workforce pathway is all about—preparing young people for real responsibility, leadership, and professional growth.

At Impact STEAM Academy, Kyson will support youth programming, assist with learning activities, and model accountability, teamwork, and character as part of his workforce development experience. He brings strong academic performance, discipline from being a varsity football offensive lineman, and a heart grounded in family values. Above all, Kyson is a loving son who deeply values his family, and that foundation shows in how he carries himself.

We’re proud to see him stepping into purpose, leadership, and opportunity. This is what building legacy looks like—one young leader at a time.

@wileyjackson, I want to say Happy Birthday to you, sir. You have truly been an important instrument from God in my life. You're a mentor, coach, and more. It has been a pleasure to watch and learn so much from you since 2001. As I mentioned in the video, there would be no @legacydrivenyouth without some important words from your teachings.

Thank you, and I hope you enjoy this special message from two young men that I've had the pleasure of mentoring at @partee.elementary and at Impact STEAM Academy after school for two years and counting.
